We currently ship products to most locations within India. If your location is outside our serviceable areas, our customer support team will reach out to discuss possible alternatives.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as destination, product availability, and courier service operations. External delays due to weather, holidays, or logistical issues may occasionally impact delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a shipping fee will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping charges will also be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after confirmation, provided the items are in stock.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If an item is out of stock or requires customization, our team will notify you of the revised timeline.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on your communication preferences.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery & Receipt of Goods

  • Upon delivery, customers should inspect the package to ensure the items are in good condition.
  • If you notice any damage, missing items, or discrepancies, please contact our support team immediately at support@gethnical.com.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Gethnical is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Delays in Shipping

While we strive to deliver orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service issues may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you and work on a resolution.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

Gethnical takes utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, in the rare event of loss or damage during transit:

  • Contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier service for an investigation.
  • If the issue is confirmed, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, as per our Return Policy.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on expanding our services to international destinations, and updates will be shared on our website.
