Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom or bridal orders may require 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

Tracking

All orders are shipped via Shiprocket or Delhivery. Tracking details are sent via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.

International Shipping

Currently, Gethnical ships only within India. International shipping is planned for Q3 2026.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligible for Return

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Significant difference from product description

Not Eligible for Return

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Returns requested after 7 days
• Custom / personalised orders
• Sale items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders receive a bank transfer within 7 days.

How to Initiate

Email returns@gethnical.com with your order ID, photos of the item, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

• Within 12 hours: Full refund, no questions asked
• 12–24 hours: Cancellation subject to order status. Once dispatched, cannot be cancelled
• After dispatch: Not eligible for cancellation — use the Returns process

Custom Orders

Custom and bridal set orders cannot be cancelled once production begins (typically 24 hours after order confirmation).
