  • We accept returns on unused, unworn, and undamaged jewelry within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition, including tags, packaging, and receipt.
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry is non-returnable, unless there is a defect or error in the product.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper care or wear.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards and vouchers

Return Request Process:

  1. Provide your order number, the product name, and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  3. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
  4. Do not send any returns without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
  • Gethnical is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • The returned product must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange request within 7-10 business days.

Refunds:

  • If eligible, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different style, color, or size, we will arrange an exchange subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
